GENERAL BILL by Villalobos

Judicial System; authorizes county to impose surcharge on court fees & charges if that county had previously imposed increased fees or charges on specified court fees for purpose of securing payment of principal & interest on bonds issued by county before July 1, 2003, for financing state court facilities; directs that revenue from surcharge be used to pay principal & interest on bonds until date of maturity, etc. Amends 28.2401,.241, 34.041, 318.18.
