CS/SB 1824: Veterinary Prescription Drugs
GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Fasano
Veterinary Prescription Drugs; requires person or establishment to obtain permit in order to operate as veterinary prescription drug wholesaler; requires said wholesaler that also distributes human prescription drugs that it did not manufacture to obtain prescription drug wholesaler or out-of-state prescription drug wholesaler permit in lieu of veterinary prescription drug wholesaler permit, etc. Amends Ch. 499.
