GENERAL BILL by Public Safety & Crime Prevention ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Barreiro

Limitation of Action/Sexual Offenses; authorizes prosecution of specified sexual offenses in certain circumstances within 1 year after identity of accused is established through analysis of DNA evidence, in addition to time limitations otherwise prescribed by law; provides for applicability. Amends 775.15.
