GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Atwater ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

Workers' Compensation; requires workers' compensation insurers to notify Insurance Regulation Office of significant underwriting changes; provides that 10-percent limit on percentage of commercial insurance policies that insurer may write at rate in excess of applicable filed rate excludes workers' comp. policies written for employer in lieu of coverage from joint underwriting plan established under specified provisions, etc. Creates 624.4315; amends 627.171,.211.
