SB 2028: Enterprise Zones

GENERAL BILL by Wilson

Enterprise Zones; permits a county to apply to Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office by certain date for expansion of an existing enterprise zone; requires that said office approve amendment to boundary of an enterprise zone by specified date if certain conditions exist. Amends 290.0065.
