SB 2086: Employment Screening/Criteria

GENERAL BILL by Villalobos

Employment Screening/Criteria; provides for incorporation by reference; provides that purpose of chapter is to provide uniform criteria for employment screening; authorizes consideration of arrest records in determining whether certain persons satisfy requirement of good moral character; provides that certain persons who fail to satisfy requirement of good moral character may be disqualified from employment or denied exemption from disqualification, etc. Amends FS.
