Property Tax Exemptions/Disabled Vet; defines term "ex-service member"; provides exemption for certain permanently & totally disabled veterans; provides conforming cross reference; entitles disabled ex-service members & surviving spouses of such persons to exemption from taxation of value of certain property under certain circumstances; provides for grandfathering persons currently receiving exemption. Amends 196.012,.081,.24.
