GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Wilson

Infant Eye Care; requires certain eye examinations for all infants born in hospitals in state; exempts this requirement from specified provision re penalty; amends exception to requirements for infant eye care; provides that coverage for children under health insurance policies & HMO contacts must include certain eye examinations for infants & children. Amends 383.04, 627.6416, 641.31.
