Law Enforcement Officers/Complaints; provides that all identifiable witnesses be interviewed whenever possible prior to b eginning investigative interview of accused law enforcement officer; requires that complaint & all witness statements be provided to law enforcement officer before beginning investigative interview. Amends 112.532.
