GENERAL BILL by Zapata ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Planas ; Quinones ; Rivera

Nursing; revises home health agency service agreements & treatment orders; requires nurse registries to advise patients, their families, or persons acting on behalf of patients of availability of registered nurses to make visits at additional cost; removes requirement for registered nurses to make monthly visits to patients under care of certified nursing assistants or home health aides, etc. Amends 400.487,.506, 464.009.
