GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Transportation ; Crist ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bennett

Wrecker Services; exempts hearings of Fla. Highway Patrol Div. concerning wrecker allocation system from requirements of Administrative Procedures law; prohibits county or municipality from issuing or renewing license for wrecker company that is not in compliance with requirements of act; provides requirements for licensing wreckers & other vehicles; creates Wrecker Operator Advisory Council within Agric. & Consumer Services Dept., etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $693,000.
