Paintball Activities/Liabilities; includes game of paintball in exemption from liability granted to governmental property owners or lessees & public employees; requires governmental entities to post rules indicating that written parental consent is required for minors to participate in certain activities; provides for liability of independent concessionaires or other persons or organizations for certain injuries or damages, etc. Amends 316.0085.
