Student Assessment/Parent's Right; provides popular name of "Truth in Testing & A Parent's Right to Know Act"; provides parent's right to review questions & answers to his or her child on specified assessment tests; provides penalties for noncompliance; reenacts provision re graduation & promotion requirements for publicly operated schools, to incorporate amendment to specified provision, in reference. Amends 1008.23; reenacts 1003.49(1).
