Domestic Violence; requires court to sentence person to serve specified minimum number of days in county jail if person is adjudicated guilty of crime of domestic violence & in commission of offense deprived family or household member of communication services; prohibits person from depriving family or household member of use of communication services in course of committing domestic violence, etc. Amends 741.28,.283; creates 741.311.
