Insurance; revises exception from prohibition against representing or aiding unauthorized insurers; provides for immediate cease-and-desist orders for violations of prohibition; authorizes investigations of activities that may constitute violations of prohibition; provides exception from penalty provisions for person who cooperates with Office of Insurance Regulation to administer Unauthorized Insurers Process Law, etc. Amends 626.901,.902,.908.
