SB 208: Child Care Facilities

GENERAL BILL by Lynn

Child Care Facilities; requires applicant, owner, or operator of said facility to sign affidavit attesting to accuracy of certain information; requires family day care homes that are required to be licensed & large family child care homes to have license that is renewed annually; authorizes local licensing agency or CFS Dept. to issue provisional license or registration to child care facility, family day care home, or large family child care home, etc. Amends Ch. 402.
