Recreational Licenses & Permits; provides for military gold sportsman's license; provides for annual fee; provides authorizations allowed under license; provides for uses of specified pro rata portions of revenue generated from military gold sportsman's license; exempts patrons of licensed hunting preserves from license & permit requirements of military gold sportsman's license while hunting on licensed preserve property, etc. Amends 372.57,.5712,.5715,.573,.661.
