PROPOSED BILL by Regulated Industries
Fla. Clean Indoor Air Act; defines term "person" for purposes of act; eliminates certain exceptions to prohibition against smoking in enclosed indoor workplace; prohibits proprietor or person in charge of enclosed indoor workplace from permitting smoking in that workplace; requires that proprietor or person in charge of enclosed indoor workplace request person who is smoking to stop smoking or leave the premises; provides penalties, etc. Amends Ch. 386, 561.695.
