Domestic Security; provides legislative findings re need to coordinate counter-terrorism efforts & responses in accordance with state comprehensive emergency management plan; clarifies duties of Domestic Security Initiatives Chief; revises statewide strategy re domestic security to include prevention, protection & recovery efforts; requires that regional task forces support domestic security functions of FDLE, etc. Amends 943.03101,.0311,.0312; creates 943.0313.
