PROPOSED BILL by Regulated Industries
Cigarette Taxes; directs Secretary of DBPR to require certain dealers & agents to remit tax on cigarettes by electronic funds transfer; requires Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Div. of DBPR to adopt rules governing payment of taxes by electronic funds transfer; requires that seizure of unstamped cigarettes be reported to division; requires division to keep records concerning seized unstamped cigarettes, etc. Amends 210.021,.08,.18.
