Physician Assistants/Discipline; appoints physician assistant to probable cause panels of Board of Medicine & Board of Osteopathic Medicine considering discipline of said assistants; provides qualifications for physician assistants appointed to panels; exempts appointed physician assistants from certain training requirements concerning grounds for disciplinary action. Amends 458.331, 459.015.
