GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Atwater ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Rich ; Lawson

Dental Hygienists; authorizes dental hygienists to complete dental charting in certain public or private facilities; requires person who receives said charting to acknowledge written disclosure; requires Dentistry Bd. to approve content of charting & disclosure forms; requires medical clearance by physician or dentist when certain dental instrument is used; provides that act does not authorize direct reimbursement by certain insurers for charting, etc. Creates 466.0241.
