GENERAL BILL by Wilson

Schools/Health & Vision Examinations; requires children who enter public or private schools in state to present evidence of having received comprehensive vision examination; provides exemption; provides for imposition of fee on retail sale of nonprescription eyeglasses; provides for collection of fees & remittance to DOH to assist parents in paying for school-entry comprehensive vision examinations, etc. Amends 1003.22, 1002.20,.42.
