GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Webster

Motor Vehicle Lease/Surcharge; provides for imposition by countywide referendum of additional surcharge on lease or rental of motor vehicle; provides proceeds of surcharge to be transferred to Local Option Fuel Tax Trust Fund & used for construction & maintenance of state roads. Amends 212.0606.
