GENERAL BILL by Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Commerce and Consumer Services ; Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

Economic Development Incentives; expands definition of qualified project for Capital Investment Tax Credit; provides for annual corporate income tax credit for qualifying business establishing new or expanded headquarters facility in this state which locates in enterprise zone & brownfield area & meeting specified requirements; authorizes transfers to certain entities of certain excess credits against insurance premium tax, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $245,000,000.
