Campaign Finance; (THIS BILL COMBINES S716 & 2660) redefines various terms; revises registration requirements for political committees & electioneering communications organizations; revises certain filing requirements & reporting requirements for committees of continuous existence; deletes report filing requirement for certain candidates for other than statewide office, etc. Amends Ch. 106.
