Criminal Acts/State of Emergency; provides enhanced penalties for specified burglaries that are committed during, & facilitated by specified conditions arising from, state of emergency declared by Governor; provides enhanced penalties for theft of certain property stolen during, & facilitated by specified conditions arising from, state of emergency declared by Governor, etc. Amends 810.02, 812.014.
