GENERAL BILL by Henriquez ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Needelman

Alcoholic Beverages; provides definition of term "alcohol vaporizing device"; prohibits sale, offer for sale, purchase, or use of machines or devices which vaporize alcohol; provides penalties & fine; provides that provisions of section do not apply to administration or prescription of product that contains alcohol by certain licensed health care practitioners. Creates 562.61.
