Vacation & Timeshare Plans [EPCC]; revises formula for funding reserve accounts for conversions; authorizes seller to offer timeshare interests in timeshare plan located outside of this state without filing public offering statement for such out-of-state plan; revises info. required to be contained in filed public offering statements for certain timeshare plans; revises provisions re advertising & oral statements to include those made by resale service providers, etc. Amends FS.
