GENERAL BILL by Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Storms

Falsifying, Altering or Destroying Records [SPCC]; clarifies provisions that prohibit falsifying, altering, or in any manner destroying records if such act may be detrimental to health, safety, or welfare of individual in care & custody of state agency; clarifies provisions that prohibit falsifying, altering, or in any manner destroying records of DCFS or its contract provider with intent to conceal material fact; provides for application of penalties thereto. Amends 839.13.
