Fiscally Constrained Counties [RPCC]; deletes provisions for distributing portion of communications services tax revenues to fiscally constrained counties; provides for distribution of certain sales & use tax revenues to fiscally constrained counties; amends provision to conform; conforms cross-reference. Amends 202.18, 212.20, 218.67, 288.1169.
