GENERAL BILL by Wilson
Sentencing of Juveniles [LPCC]; authorizes court to sentence juvenile using juvenile sanctions, adult sanctions, or a blend of juvenile & adult sanctions; requires DJJ to file written report with court if department believes child's sanction is inappropriate; provides that court may place child on probation; authorizes court to order that child attain appropriate educational goals, etc. Amends 985.565; reenacts 985.556(1).
