GENERAL BILL by Wilson
Healthy Workers, Healthy Families Act [EPCC]; creates said act; requires minimum level of sick leave accrual for employee & provides direction to employer on methodology for such accrual determination; delineates guaranteed uses of sick leave & reasonable determination of such leave; prohibits retaliatory personnel action or discrimination against employee re paid sick leave requests, guaranteed use, or filing of action or complaint, etc. Amends Ch. 448.
