HIV Testing in Prisons [LPCC]; defines term "HIV test"; requires DOC to perform HIV test upon inmates upon entry into prison; requires DOC to record results of inmate's HIV test in his or her medical record; requires HIV-positive inmate to participate in education program re HIV; provides sovereign immunity to state & its agencies, subdivisions, & employees re death or personal injury of inmate arising from compliance with act. Creates 945.351.
