Qualified Job-training Organizations [EPCC]; provides for Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to certify said organizations; provides for distribution of certain funds to certified organization; specifies uses of funds; authorizes Auditor General to audit such organizations for certain purposes; provides for revocation of certification under certain circumstances; provides for appropriations to be distributed through said office, etc. Creates 288.1172. APPROPRIATION.
