First Generation Matching Grant Programs; amends provisions re First Generation Matching Grant Program for state universities to clarify provisions re eligibility for receipt of grant; authorizes award of grants for summer-term enrollment if funds are available; creates First Generation Matching Grant Program for colleges & universities eligible to participate in William L. Boyd, IV, Florida Resident Access Grant Program; provides eligibility criteria, etc. Amends Ch. 1009.
