[OPCC]; authorizes Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Division of DBPR to issue alcoholic beverage license to Tampa Bay History Center, Inc., for use within Tampa Bay History Center building & grounds; provides license may be used for special events only; provides for sale of beverages for consumption within said building & grounds; provides for removal from premises of partially consumed, open containers; provides for transfer of license, etc.
