Leases/Private Property/State Agency; removes expiration of provisions requiring DMS annually report to Governor & Legislature certain info. concerning leases that are due to expire & amendments & supplements to & waivers of terms & conditions of lease agreements; provides criteria for protesting agency decision or intended decision pertaining to competitive solicitation for leased space; requires annual report to Legislature & Governor, etc. Amends 255.248,.249,.25.
