Clinical Nursing Specialties; defines terms "clinical nurse specialist practice" & "clinical nurse specialist"; provides requirements for certification as said specialist; restricts use of professional titles & abbreviations re practice by said specialists, certified registered nurse anesthetists, & certified nurse midwives; prohibits use of any name or title stating or implying that person is said specialist, anesthetist, or midwife, etc. Amends FS.
