GENERAL BILL by Higher Education Appropriations ; Lynn

Tuition and Fees for Higher Education [FPCC]; Deletes provisions requiring the State Board of Education to adopt a fee schedule. Provides standard resident tuition for the career certificate, applied technology diploma, and adult general education programs. Provides fees for educator preparation institute programs. Deletes provisions requiring the State Board of Education to adopt a fee schedule in the absence of a provision in an appropriations act, etc. APPROPRIATION: $21,624,413.
