GENERAL BILL by Fasano

Qualified Blind Trusts/Public Officials [LPCC]; Defines "covered public official" as the Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, and each member of the cabinet. Requires covered public officials to place all personal investments that are in any form of property traded on a national or regional exchange into either a qualified blind trust or a publicly traded mutual fund prior to taking office, etc.
