Elections; Revises investigative duties of Secretary of State; revises preregistration requirements of minors & voter application provisions; deletes certain identification forms for applicants; authorizes modifications to party affiliation registration; revises registration list maintenance provisions; authorizes removal of deceased persons' names; revises restrictions against qualifying for multiple offices, etc.
