Medical Quality Assurance; Requires that certain disciplinary actions be reported to Division of Medical Quality Assurance of DOH instead of Division of Health Quality Assurance of AHCA; expands list of health care practitioners reviewed by AHCA; requires forwarding of incident reports to DMQA for determination of need for disciplinary action; provides that DOH, not AHCA, issues subpoenas & investigates, prosecutes, & appeals disciplinary proceedings, etc.
