Medicaid Personal Allowance/Sales Tax [SPCC]; Increases the Medicaid personal needs allowance for eligible persons. Revises, for sales tax purposes, the term "admissions" to include provisions relating to adult entertainment services. Provides for revenues from the sales tax imposed on adult entertainment services admissions to be appropriated for the increase in the personal care allowance made by this act, etc.
