GENERAL BILL by Posey
Paid Petition Circulators Registration [LPCC]; Requires paid petition circulators to register with the Department of State. Prohibits compensation to petition circulators not registered with the department as paid petition circulators. Requires a paid petition circulator's registration number on petition forms, etc.
