GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Title Insurance [EPCC]; Authorizes a title insurance agent or agency to make reasonable charges for certain services. Prohibits the practice of predatory pricing with respect to certain services. Authorizes the rebate or abatement of an attorney's fee for certain professional services if such rebate or abatement does not violate state law, etc.
