CS/CS/SB 2630: Organ and Tissue Donation [SPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Governmental Operations ; Oelrich ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gaetz ; Lynn
Organ and Tissue Donation [SPCC]; Revises provisions for making an organ donation. Adds additional persons to the list of persons who may donate a decedent's body. Provides additional mechanisms for making an anatomical gift including registering with the organ and tissue donor registry. Requires the HSMV to inform the donor registry of instances of making an anatomical gift and of withdrawal of an anatomical gift, etc.
