GENERAL BILL by Atwater ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano

Citizens Property Insurance Corporation [EPCC]; Deletes a provision providing for the classification of certain dwellings as "nonhomestead property." Revises threshold amounts of deficits incurred in a calendar year on which the decision to levy assessments and the types of such assessments are based. Requires that the corporation issue comprehensive multiperil coverage instead of wind-only coverage, etc.
