CS/SB 296: Bingo/Electronic Verification of Numbers
GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Fasano
Bingo/Electronic Verification of Numbers; Authorizes verification of numbers drawn at bingo games by electronics or other technology in lieu of vocal verification. Revises the definition of "organization" to include chambers of commerce. Exempts chambers of commerce from provisions prohibiting drawings by chance. Authorizes an organization to place signs at a bingo game event disclosing certain required information, etc.
