Florida Retirement System [RPCC]; Revises criteria under which certain employees of FDLE, Division of State Fire Marshal, or local government law enforcement agency or medical examiner's office are eligible for membership in Special Risk Class; authorizes DMS to review special risk designation of certain members; authorizes certain members to purchase additional retirement credit to upgrade prior service to Special Risk Class service, etc.
